Sudden severe gym exercises can start symptoms like these. Take rest for few days. Restart gradually build & up stamina. It could be oa/obesity do hot fomentation. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Contact me again if needed. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
