I am 18 years old. 17 is on running but will be of 18 soon. My question is for my friend. He has a habit to smoke. Can I say the causes of smoking and how much it is dangerous to our health.

Dear lybrate-user. I can understand. Smoking cigarettes can cause cancer and many other respiratory problems and physical and mental health problems in the long run. Your boy friend must be relatively new to smoking. Therefore you can easily motivate him to quit smoking. I also suggest online deaddiction counselling for him. Take care.
