Hello I have been married for a year and we are trying for a baby for almost 6 months, so from last 1 month I am having backache and m having a feeling of heart beat in my lower right abdomen , what is the reason for this ?

Hi lybrate user, it could be ovarian mass or cyst with increased vascularity that could give you symptoms like feeling of heart beat. Please get a pelvic ultrasound done to rule out any mass in pelvis. Control your blood sugar levels strictly before planning for baby as raised sugars may give rise to defects in baby.
