My wife aged 24 years has had blighted ovum twice in the last 7-8 months. Does this reduce her chances of conceiving and can medicines help in such a scenerio for future pregnancy to be normal. Please advice.

No it does not reduce chances for conceiving. No need of medicines except for few which can be decided by gynaecologist after history, examination, investigations.
