When my wife is much stressed and due to some family disturbances she avoids sex saying not having mood. In this situation what shall do to have a pleasure sex and relief her from such stress or shall I quit sex at that time. Kindly advice and also advice how to seduce her in that situation.

Very simple (if you have patient enough). Deliberately induce her to talk about her stressors/problems, with active and sympathic listening. Do not pass any judgements/comments. Ask what are the measures she can take to overcome those problems. Give your advise or options only if she asks for. In other words, be a counsellor in such times. She will definitely feel relaxed. Then you can cuddle her like a child for a while without trying for sex. It will automatically end up in what you aimed at.
