Can I take Berberis Aquifolium Q with warm water or warm tea for my fairness. Previously I have sent a question on fairness but I received a reply for Berberis Aquifolium @ 10 drops daily But I can not understand how I take the said medicine with warm or cold water/tea Can you suggest me for my fairness?
