I am 21 years old. From past few days I am getting so many dreams in the night time. Some times they are so horrible also. Because of that I am facing so many problems. Please tell me the remedy for this problem.

Dear, the things we watch & thoughts we think are stored in our brain. In dream, that things are shown by our brain. So avoid dreams problem try to make your mind relax. Avoid to watch violent, horrible movies and tv shows also avoid to read horror stories. Do long breathing pranayams daily for 5 to 10 minutes. Do morning or evening walk daily for 10 minutes. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy food.
