hi, you may try relaxation technique which in Hindi called pranayam. you just have to inhale stomach Full of air through your nose slowly, pause for two seconds and then exhale fully through your mouth. Again take pause of two seconds before inhaling. Repeat this cycle for four five minutes daily. It will help you to reduce stress.
