Hi. My quarterly sugar test results are as below. Fasting. 110 pp. 150 hb1ac. 6.3 this is when I am taking sugamet mc 500 mg once in morning. Exercise and food control is as required. How am I doing in terms of my sugar management? any advises? to ayurved specialists. Can I manage my sugar management by ayurvedic support and get rid of sugamet mc? is it advisable to switch?

Hi, don't stop your medication continue, you need strict diet, physical exercise try madhumardan 2 tsp -0- 2 tsp with water and take jamun in early morning empty stomach.
