You have to do warm up exercises like light walking jumping stretching before actual play. So recurrence can be prevented. Now currently for pain apply ice for 2 days then warm water application. Or analgesic cream application. If not relieved after a week consult physiotherapist. He will treat with ultrasound and ift modalities. So pain will be relieved.
