Hello doctor. I am 47 year old male married before 6 years back. My wife is 41 year old. I am unable to intercourse because of weak erection problem or you may call it as ed in medical terms. No issues till now. Please suggest me a good solution.

Ed at this age is common due to medical illness like problems in blood, heart, nerves etc. We need to check you to detect the cause of the problem before starting any treatment. Now not having child, is another issue- for that we need to check both of you and may need certain basic tests.
