Hello Dr. when the total concentration of a sperm is less than 2. 0m/ml total sperm number less than 7.2m total motility less than 2% Dr. referred this as azoospermia because no sperm was found under microscopic examination can you kindly confirm whether this is azoospermia or azoospermia thanks Dr. say the readings are ai readings and real analysis is zero based on microscopic examination of the semen thanks.

Hello when semen becomes diluted, the number of sperm in it decreases to less than 40 million. Its motility falls below 40%. This is called the problem of azospermia. But there is nothing to be worried about this, this curable because the sperm count is not nil.
