Hello, apply topi azadirachta ointment twice daily and take echinaecea 1x, 2 tabs once daily after meals. Revert after 10 days.

If they are non itchy, non irritating, white/transparent or yellow small bumps circling around the skin, it can be ppp. Pearly penile papules. If you want to remove, you can use ppp removal cream. Surgically also it can be removed but not needed.
