I think I might be pregnant. First day of my last period: 4/11/23 first day of period before that: 3/27/23 possible conception: 4/19/23 or 4/25/23 I may be paranoid but my ovulation cycle was from: 4/15/23 to 4/27/23 symptoms: nausea, random dizziness when standing up or moving, fatigue, insomnia, weight gain, bloating & constipation, hot flashes & night sweats (doesn't happen with my regular pms cycles), frequent urination, headaches on and off, tender & swollen breasts (not normal for my pms cycles), heartburn, congestion, acne (worse than it is for normal pms cycle), food cravings & aversions (never have any during normal pms cycles), skin changes & mood swings (worse than ever, barely had mood swings with pms). Negative pregnancy test: 4/26/23 I might sound crazy but my symptoms for pms are always the same every month, never once changed. I was a twin during my mother's pregnancy with me, my twin died in uterus at 15 weeks. My primary care doctors have all said I have a higher chance of conceiving twins.
