Hello doctor. I had c-section 10 days before. What's remedy for belly reduction and stretch marks? What is diet for reducing weight without affecting the milk feeding?

Congratulations for the baby! my earnest request to you is not to anything hard for atleast 2 months. C-section takes time to heal and taking strain can put you at risk. After 2 or 3 months start with brisk walking. Then yoga and strength training can be started after 5 months. As far as diet is concerned, pls eat everything as nutrition at this time is important for you and your baby.
