I feel a pain in my penis sometimes throughout the day. The pain is very mild and feels like a nerve pull pain in the base of the penis. Sometimes I get a burning sensation in the head of the penis. I don't know but sometimes I get a slight tingling in the right side of my scrotum and between my inner thigh lining. I guess the scrotal pain could be because of tight underwear. What should I do?

Hello- because the penis is an organ and contains no bone, we don't usually associate injuries with it. And, for the most part, trauma to the penis in its flaccid state is quite uncommon.
