Hi I am suffering from oily face. When ever I exposed to sunlight my face colour immediately turns to black. I need remedy in the from of tablets to decrease melanin content. And also suggest me for dark circles problem.

Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. *? Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off. ? Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. * Crush 2 pieces of cucumber and apply its juice on face for 10 minutes, then clean with water. Follow these methods & instructions to clear dark circles: ? Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. ? Drink 8 glass of water daily. ? Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes. That has bleaching property. ? Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. ? Apply rose water daily for 10 min daily. ? Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily. Drink a glass of milk daily. ? Do not take stress do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes.
