I had protected sex still for precaution I gave her pill and she had early periods on 27th which almost lasted for 9 days later we again had sex protected though and now it's been more than a month she isn't having the period. Is it because the pill has altered the cycle?

Some times due to contraceptive pills, it is possible that periods cycle is bit altered, within 2 months it goes back to normal. Just hydrate enough, keep up with healthy life style, don't stress. You can do pregnancy test at home if you have doubt.
