Stomach problems are mostly due to irregular/ unhygienic food habits. Change your food habits, eat your meals at regular intervals, avoid spicy, oily / fatty food, maida containing food items, fruit juices/ sugary drinks/excessive tea/coffee/alcohol. Increase intake high fibre diet. Take light dinner. Drink plenty of water, go for walk/do light exercise.
