Please answer my question like when I work anywhere, my habit is to complete it fast, so I took tension all the time. Can you suggest how to come up from that situation or sideline the tension?

Don't worry when ever you start your work first take deep breaths, do breathing deeply for atleast 2-3 minutes. This will calm you. Go for a morning walk see nature every thing happens on its time. From a seed to a flower or a crop or a tree everything takes it proper time for grown. Feel their process in your work too. Do relaxation exercise at regular basis. If you will not feel better talk to a psychologist
