I am doing desk job for 10 years. I got my x-ray done, found mild bone spur on vertebra 5&6. I opted for homeopathy for neck sprain relief, and it helped, now I am soon going to conceive in next month. I don't understand how will I leave homeopathy for sprain relief after conceiving. Please let me know if I can use homeopathy medicines during my pregnancy also.

Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, you seem to have early cervical spondylosis, which respond very well to physiotherapy and later on exercises. You should get swd and ict 7 to 10 sittings at a physio. Centre followed by neck exercises. You will settle and won't need even homeopathic medicines. Take care.
