My eye is well. I see all thing clearly but I use computer mostly. Per day 18 hours. How I care my eye take rest and long lasting that I have now. I am 29. I want to see my eye till 60 year old without use Spectacle (chasma).

Take frequent breaks during work and blink 20-30 times, relax your eyes by palming and looking far off after every one hour. As far as spectacles are concerned everyone needs glasses after the age of 40.

Give rest to the eyes in between work, apply cold sponge of wet tissue or clean cloth. Put anti flare on screen. Eat fruits and green veg. All the best.
