I am 24 years old male suffering with lateral pelvic tilt after undergoing broken femur surgery 7 years back. I tend to aggressively use my right leg resulting in above said condition. My right knee is rotated towards right and torso tilted towards right. Any fix for this?

There are many causes of most pelvic tilt after thigh and hip fractures. One is weakness of abductor muscles of hip. The other is link length discrepancy (your leg is bit shortened after fracture). There may not be any abnormality and this could be just because you have become habitual walking with pelvic tilt. The treatment actually depends on a cause. You need to visit an orthopaedic surgeon for clinical assessment.
