I am having type 2 diabetes. My last hba1c in the month of march was 8.76. I am taking metformin 1gm bd, acarbous 25mg tds. But the results are not convincing what should I need to do.

First, you should do brisk walking daily for atleast 40 minutes. Second, avoid all starchy and high calorie food. Lastly, some diabetic medicines need to be added to get the hba1c below 7%. Good luck!
