Its been over a year since I started lifting weights. I have stretch marks on my upper biceps and shoulder and signs of it disappearing arent showing. Instead they just keep getting redder. Should I be concerned?

1. Try to scrub the area daily and put vitamin e oil 2. You can also apply some castor oil to the stretch marks and gently massage the area in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes 3. Use aloe vera gel on the area once a day 4. Use rich cocoa butter before going.
