I am 24 and unmarried. And being physical with my bf. He said my nipples tastes sour when he is sucking. I have never been pregnant. What to do?

Hello Lybrate user nothing to do. It's natural thing when he is sicking nipples some of fluids secretes due to sex hormonal activation and it's different in person to person and situation also.
