I am 21 years old and have severe pain during periods. I tried many home remedies but still suffer a lot. How can I get relief?

There are few tips through which the pain may subside -: 1. Do regular exercise. It may sound crazy but this does help in reduce the menstrual pain. 2. Apply heat pack, as warmth of it reduces pain. 3. You may have orgasm. This may be socially and morally incorrect but it does relaxes nerves and blood vessels. 4. You may have green tea or chamomile tea as they both have positive effects on you menstrual cycle and pain. You may also go for an ultrasound as to confirm if there is any pathology or not.
