Last night I slept in such a position that while taking another position I felt much pain my shoulder got blocked and after regaining my normal position my shoulder got serious pain today my shoulder is paining badly please suggest any prescription.

It can be as you may at one position for very long time. This may have cause stiffness or spasm which is causing pain. If there is swelling with pain then you must consult doctor and go for x-ray or mri. If there is no swelling you stretch and rotate your shoulders as slowly as you can. See if it helps you.
