Fissured tongue generally doesn?t require treatment. It?s important to maintain proper oral hygiene. Clean your tongue daily especially after food. Take plenty of water (keep sipping water more frequently). Take some B-complex and vitamin C tablets daily. If your tongue is giving you discomfort like soreness then apply some Boroglycerine over it after a wash. Thanks.

Respected lybrate-user there is no reason for fissures tongue. Maintaining oral hygiene at its best is the solution. Always gargles after taking any food or snacks. Can do betadine gargles in water when feeling more inflammation. Thanks regards.
