Doctor my leg pain from 29 april up to this date my leg pain is very high so reply me suggest your right suggested tablets etc I have also hand pain because my operations is done so suggests.

Leg pain can occur due to many reasons. Here are some simple tips to help you. 1. Drink lots of fluids in this summer to avoid cramps. 2. Avoid jogging on hard surfaces. 3. Wear good quality supportive shoes while walking 4. Give rest to your legs and apply cold pack when you have severe pain. You can take simple analgesics like paracetamol for relief. 5. Can apply topical analgesics. For diagnosis and management give details of your pain and consult.
