Manifestations of H1N1 influenza are similar to those of seasonal influenza. Patients present with symptoms of acute respiratory illness, including at least 2 of the following:

*         Fever
*         Cough
*         Sore throat
*         Body aches
*         Headache
*         Chills and fatigue
*         Diarrhea and vomiting (possible)

Hi,
The following are the symptoms of swine flu:
- Sore throat,
- Stuffy nose
- Cough
- Fever and chills (not always)
- Bodyache and headache
- Nausea and vomitting
- Diarrhoea 
- Fatigue
All these symptoms appear within 1-3 days duration.

Disease confirmation can be known by detection of H1N1 virus using "Swine Influenza Test Kit" to analyse the samples from nose, nasopharynx or throat swabs.
