I am suffering from immense pain after ejaculation n erection for a long time in my reproduction system I have done TRUS scan and semen culture the result was no proctitis evidence found on both but there is a calcification about 1cm in the left seminal vesical I have been taking these medicines for one year that I have listed what is my disease how can it be cured please help.

The calcification in the left seminal vesicle is obstructing semen to ejaculate and penile tissues become tense during erection that's why you feel pain, you have to undergo small daycare operation which can be done by surgeon at medical college or some other good hospital at your location.
