Dear, bahut saare logon ko dhoop me nikalne se dikkat hoti hai. Jb bhi aap bahar jaaein toh kapde se sar aur chehre ko achhi tarah dhak lein. Khoob saara paani piyein. Ho sake toh din me 4-5 baar shikanji banaa k piyein.
