I am 46 old male and suffering from anxiety and gettingworried for every thing. Life came miserable. Pls advice me what to do.

Dear lybrate-user, first you change your thoughts towards life, its fantastic, do not be worried. If being worry solve your problem then its good being worried. Be always positive in every situation. Do meditation about 1 hour in a day. Do some yoga and exercise. Read inspirational thougts and books. If your problem is persisting then inform me thanks.
