From morning 7 to 2 in the afternoon I am on my feet doing household chores including taking my dog out for half an hour daily. As a result I can feel the beginning stages of a corn on my left sole below the second and third toes. Being a diabetic, I am a little worried. How can I remove the corn before it fully develops?

Do not try to remove it yourself. Get it removed from the doctor. Its a simple and painless procedure where the doctor will scrape the corn out and provide you a cream and footwear to prevent the corn from recurring.
