When I play cricket or football, then after running I feel a pain on leg. I have been suffering since 1 year. What can I do? please help me.

Sudden severe exercises can start symptoms like these. Take rest for few days. Restart gradually build up stamina. It could be oa/obesity do hot fomentation. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Contact me again if needed.
