Three days back I had first time sex with my partner but after sex my foreskin is going to back to shaft and on shaft there is so much swelling right now. Now I feel little pain (high when my penis have boner) and itching and sensation of every touch to other body part. This happen first time. Before sex i'm very laxy to clean my gentile from last 25 year I rarely clean my penis (only bath) and I smoke from last 6 months also. So it can be a cancer or what can you please help me out about that.
