Hi, there is no need to worry about the penis size. It will grow to the right size when the boy completes puberty. Some general precautions include: all parents of newborn children should seek medical help if the child's external genitalia are ambiguous, or if the urinary opening is located abnormally. Also, if the testes cannot be felt by the time the male child completes 1 year.
