I am hvg broken marriage. My son is 10 years old. I am staying with my parent's n always I feel I will die and I am sacred to die. Do meditation and yoga -pranayama. It will give mental n physical strength. Reduces depression anxiety. Give more time to it child. Bez he needs his mother. If you understand that a child want mother. More than anyone. Jus live for a child. And if you live only for your child than you won't need any other medicine. For spondylitis you can consult nearer physiotherapist doctor. N take physiotherapy treatment.
