I am 23 years old I have done below test please explain is it T. B. Or what I have mantoux test sputum test both are negative and esr blood sugar all are normal but in chest x ray. According to report opacity in left upper zone. Impression Ct scan report Consolidation with air bronchogram in left upper lobe as described above. Centrilobular nodules in left upper lobe as described above. F/S/O Infective etiology likely Tubercular.

It can be or cannot be. Take a course of antibiotics and repeat sputum tests, or you may undergo bronchoscopy with bronchial lavage taken from left upper lungs and testing it for tb bacteria with smear test and tb-pcr test.
