I belong 2 defence service. An arthroscopic ACL reconstruction surgery has already been done in my left knee. So my question is that whether I can able to continue further job or not if yes then can I be fit again as before or little less than previous. Can I run n walk in future or not. Pls answer it.

It usually takes around 6 - 9 months to get back to routine. You have to undergo proper physiotherapy before you can go to your routine. Closed chain exercises helps. Once your knee feels stable after this then you can pretty much do what you want including running and jogging.
