Dear , you are unable to sleep without bhaang. To get proper sleep you need exercise and proper healthy life style. Learn to live healthy and automatically you will get sleep. To quit the baang habit, you need to consult a rehabilitation center. Please do so at the earliest. God bless you. Take care.
