Hey doctor I just wanted to confirm I have a habit of smoking in starting I smoke 1 or 2 cigarette but now it will converted into 4-5 or sometime more than that. From few day I have pain in neck (throat) its not paining too much but I feel the pain and it disturbing me. Whenever I want to take out cough but its not coming some time something black is coming. I am smoking for last eight years. Help me out.

You have to quit cold turkey because the body and mind will torture you endlessly while attempting a reduction in smoking.
