Your disc and l3-l4 nerves are compressed. To maintain intervertible disc space lumber traction and exercises are needed. So you have to go to physiotherapist and take regular treatment and advice.

Hi, the source of problem coulbd be discogenic, xray is not the ideal investigation to diagnose any pathology in vertebral column except vertebral compression fracture. My advise would be to get mri of lumbar spine done to assess how much disc height reduction (which might not cause problem itself, unless it causes herniation posteriorly) or if any disc herniation is there. Visit some interventional pain specialist or orthopedician in your city for proper diagnosis of condition and further management either conservatively with physio (for lumbar paraspinal muscels strengthning or releasing if any spasm is there) or by some minimally invasive interventions such as nerve block or disc decompression depending on grade of herniation. Hope it helps your query.
