My neighbour about 70+ age is diagnosed as left sided hydro pneumo thorax, and she has refused to drain it out. What can be done now?

Hydropenumothorax cannot be managed conservatively. The only way is to drain it. Also required is the treatment of the cause of hydropneumo.
