Chicken pox is a viral eruption disease which always comes by contact mostly at younger age where multiple, itchy, painful eruptions with water collection appear all over body face limbs etc. These are found in different stages while older ones dry up with scab formation, newer red ones with water collection appear. There is accompanied headache, bodyache, fever. Contact gives only one time attack. Precaution is to avoid contact with a case even before eruptions appear. Vaccine available but may have to be repeated every 5 - 10 years requires symptomatic treatment like paracetamol, anti allergic medicines and severe cases anti viral tablets.
