Hey doc! my age is 26 years old. From the past many months, i'm facing a problem whenever I do sex with my partner, I urge to pee right in the middle of sex .not always but most of the times. I don't know why is this happening. And after passing it, sometimes it passes completely and sometimes it's not. And the interesting part is. The quantity of urine is not that much but still it feels uncomfortable till passes it out. And sometimes it's not getting passed easily at once. I need to visit 2-3 times to pass it completely and it also affects my erection and sex drive. Please suggest me some ways te get out of this frustrating situation.

Hello- sexual stimulation can put pressure on your bladder or urethra. When combined with weakened pelvic floor muscles, this pressure can create stress incontinence. If you dribble urine during orgasm, it's often because the muscles of your bladder spasm. This is called urge incontinence. Fortunately, it is curable.
