Try and take small meals at frequent intervals, i. E. Every 2 to 2nhalf hrs. Drink atleast 10 to 12 glasses of water per day avoid too oily or spicy and junk food. Take a walk of 15 20 minutes, half n hr after meals if not controlled by these lifestyle changes, you may need medication. Take care!
