I am a 40 years old diabetic patient last 8 years, my fbs is 119 mg/dl, ppbs is 108 mg/dl, HBA1c is 5.7 mg/dl but my creatinine is 1.4 mg/dl and blood pressure is 150/90 mg/dl. What are my Ricks? How to control my creatinine and pressure by diet? Earlier I eat too much salt but now I don't eat salt. Give some diet tips of blood pressure and creatinine.
