I am 25 years old girl and sexually active with my bf, I had sex before my period comes usually monthly on 20th to 23rd my menstrual period comes but we had sex on 18th of the month unprotected and on 20th I took ipill and on 22nd we had unprotected sex and in the same day I took ipill again but my period is missing so can you please tell me what should I do? I am so worried!

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill like I pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts. This means if taken near expected period it gets delayed. In your case second dose also. If this withdrawal bleeding does not happen as well as period is missed then to do pregnancy test.
